Says "SMG Ships Free" but I see $9 fee

The pistol ships free, accessories do not. The extra magazine says "Free FedEx option" but you need have at least $199 for purchases other than just the pistol purchase to qualify for "Free" shipping (Buds should make this clearer). I would call Buds cust
