From checking, appears TDMBMBOB, is discontinued and was replaced by ATD-MB-B-B-MO. Price difference is SOLELY due to fact Buds was charged more for ATD-MB-B-B-MO than they were charged for TDMBMBOB (perhaps because this one has been discontinued/i.e. the
