Yes Sir. The barrel is stamped 5.56NATO so it will fire both 5.56 and .223 no problem.

Yes it will you can shoot .223 in a 5.56 nato barrel bud do not shoot 5.56 nato in a .223 only barrel

Any AR 15 stamped 5.56 NATO will shoot .223 rounds but not the other way around
