How friendly is this rifle to left handed shooters?
I want to shoot this left handed, will I get a spent case in my teeth?

Yes, you will get brass in the face unless you buy a left-ejecting bolt group, and get smoke in your face too. IDF calls this "Tavor Face" because it's so common for lefties.
