How can I get a hard plastic butt pad for this gun? I want one so I can get the gun up quicker with less friction from the rubber.

You can easily make one yourself with a chunk of plastic, a coping saw, sandpaper, printer paper, a pencil and a drill. Remove the rubber butt pad and trace it on a piece of plastic and start cutting, then sand it until it's a perfect fit. take your pencil and cover the bare wood with graphite and push the plastic onto the stock. Drill a couple holes where the graphite doesn't transfer and use a countersink bit to make room for the screw head. If you wanna get creative, grab some wood files and cut some checkering into the plastic pad!.
