does anyone have a hi point 995 receiver for sale
or a damaged or non working gun they will sell so I get the receiver and can register the gun. right now I have a BOX OF PARTS ONLY. NEED HELP

Where are you trying to register a gun? Any states in the US that have assault weapon registries are closed to new registration right now, so building one and trying to register it can land you in legal trouble.
