Confidence now comes in the coyote color with the first-ever factory colored slide. The nPVD slide coating of the GLOCK 19X prevents corrosion, resists chemicals, and stands up against the elements. Additional design features of the G19X include the GLOCK Marksman Barrel (GMB) with enhanced polygonal rifling and an improved barrel crown for increased accuracy, ambidextrous slide stop levers and no finger grooves for better versatility, and a lanyard loop for retention. The pistol includes a standard 17-round magazine and two 17+2-round extended magazines along with a coyote-colored pistol case. The aggregate effect of all the G19X design enhancements gives any user the assurance to succeed and survive in all situations. A perfect "Crossover to Confidence".

Absolutely blown away
Let me start by saying, I am not a Glock fan boy. I am an HK guy through and through. That said, this has become the favorite handgun in my collection and my go-to for home defense. The shorter slide gives me more control over the front sight post, while the full size grip fits my man hands well (even with gloves). Add in the upgraded barrel & trigger with night sights, and you have a quality firearm that knocks the pants off of any other in Glock’s (or most other manufacturers) lineup. After putting roughly 2k rounds through it, from 147gr. JHP to 115 gr. Reloads (Brass & nickel plated cases only) this firearm has NOT failed to feed or fire once (except when intentionally induced with snap caps). I haven’t cleaned the firearm yet, only added lube from time to time. If the apolocalypse were to come, this is the firearm you would want to be first in your tool kit. The 19X straight out of the case is the most accurate Glock I own! Glock nailed it with the 19X by putting a G19 slide on the G17 frame. The size of 19X makes the pistol suitable for EDC without compromising ammo capacity or overall control. The weapon performs flawlessly with 115 grain, 124 grain and all the +P ammo I can feed it.
