What more can be said; the G19 is probably the closest thing to the perfect polymer frame, compact pistol on the market. Perfectly reliable, crunched out 500+ rounds in a single hour, NO MISFEEDS. Sore hand and tired thumbs (gotta get a Mag Lula), but...the pistol's great and cleaning is a **snap**, can you hear it? The night sights were definitely a plus, and was one of those no-brainer, "I'll take it...ship it today...here's my payment!" And for about $540 or so, hands-down a good value. Now, long-term I kind of question the slide to frame durability, however that goes with all mechanical devices, which guns definitely qualify. After all, even the mighty mil-spec Colt 1911 frames crack. However, comparing apples to apples (poly frame, compact 9x19's), I would consider this the best value for the price, and the straightest, reliable, conceal carry pistol that you can buy. I am a little weary of the sub-compact Glocks, however in the compact range, the G19 is one of the favorites in my arsenal, and is currently my backup to my HK P2000, also chambered in 9x19. (For those of you who are screaming at your computer monitors at the top of your lungs such that none can hear, "WALTHER P99 is the best value you fool!!!"...write your own eval after shooting both side-to-side, at the same go-around at the range. The P99 is something you use once and feel like throwing into the rubbish bin with your son's Super-Soaker after it breaks, sorry but that's just how I feel) ...more
The Glock has one of the most dangerous and idiotic take down systems in the world and unfortunately because of its marketing success every manufacture tried to come up with one similar but few made one that was safe to use or take apart. The Glock takedown requires you to pull the trigger before the slide can come off and the slide has to be forward. If you forget just one time to check the chamber you end up either shooting yourself or someone in the vicinity of the gun. Contrast this with say a Beretta 92 that requires you to lock the slide back which would then eject from the chamber a forgotten live round in the chamber. ...more
Its a Glock. Ok trigger, ok grip angle, ok accuracy and great reliability.
This is my first purchase with Bud's, as they were recommended by a friend. The price was competitive and delivery to my FFL was prompt. I will use Bud's for future gun purchases.

Couldn’t ask for a better Glock in my opinion. Love the slimmer size and the color takes some getting used to seeing. Definitely a good looking gun.
The 19X straight out of the case is the most accurate Glock I own! Glock nailed it with the 19X by putting a G19 slide on the G17 frame. The size of 19X makes the pistol suitable for EDC without compromising ammo capacity or overall control. The weapon performs flawlessly with 115 grain, 124 grain and all the +P ammo I can feed it. The fit and finish along with all the standard features are superb. ...more

It's a Glock what else do you need to say? Did the best on the market if you want a weapon that will always work that will always go bang and load the next round buy a Glock!
