Gun Descriptions

This is the Ruger EC9S, a "New & Improved" version of the highly-successful LC9S pistol. The EC9S is a striker-fired semi-auto designed for the concealed carry market. It uses the same magazines as the LC9S, with the biggest obvious difference between the two beings the fact that the sights on the EC9S are machined directly into the slide. The EC9S has a slim, lightweight and compact design, with glare-reducing rear facing cocking serrations and a finger grip extension floorplate that can be added to the 7-round magazine for comfort and improved grip. Safety features include integrated trigger safety, manual safety, magazine disconnect and an inspection port that allows for visual confirmation of a loaded or empty chamber.   Specifications: Weight: 17.2 oz. Overall Length: 6" Rate-of-Twist: 1-in-10" RH Additional Information: Glass-Filled Nylon Frame Striker-Fired

The striker-fired Ruger LC9s features a short, light, crisp trigger pull for faster shooting and improved accuracy. The LC9s provides slim, lightweight compact personal protection with a blued, alloy steel slide, a high-performance, glass-filled nylon grip frame, aggressive checkering and an easily acquired three-dot sight system, include a HIVIZ Lightwave Fiber Optic sights option. It is offered with a manual safety or with only the integrated trigger safety. The LC9s is just slightly larger (less than 1" taller and 1" longer) than the popular and very compact LCP.
