The Winchester® SX3® Field Semi-Auto Shotgun uses a self-adjusting active valve gas system that cycles a wide variety of shotgun shells, while reducing recoil to provide you with fast follow-up shots on missed birds or for shooting multiple targets. The field proven SX3 gas operated shotgun action fires and cycles all factory 2-3/4", and 3" length shotshells, with steel, tungsten, bismuth, or lead loads. The elegant satin, oil-finish Turkish walnut stock has cut checkering for an enhanced grip, and the alloy receiver and steel barrel have a matte black finish. A brass front bead on the vent rib is quick to pick up in any light. The SX3 Field semi-automatic shotgun comes with a Pachmayer Decelerator® recoil pad with a hard heel insert for snag-free mounting. The chamber and bore are hard chrome plated, and the barrel is back-bored, using the interchangeable Invector-Plus™ choke tube system. A crossbolt safety button is located on the rear of the trigger guard, and the trigger group easily drops out for field cleaning.
